We create and sell digital cookbooks and recipe ebooks. Because our products are digital and may be accessed immediately after purchase, we have a specific refund policy for digital products.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through TheFlavorBook are digital products, such as PDF cookbooks and recipe ebooks.

No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products can be delivered and accessed electronically, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Download or Access Problems

If you purchased a cookbook but cannot access or download your product, please contact us.

We will do our best to help you resolve the problem and provide access to the product you purchased.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If the digital file you receive is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, please contact us.

We may provide a replacement file or another appropriate solution.

5. Incorrect Purchase

Please carefully review the product description, format, number of pages, and included content before completing your purchase.

If you purchase a cookbook by mistake, refunds are not guaranteed because the product is digital. However, you may contact us and we will review your situation.
